VA Airline Training appoints Karen Bath as new Head of Customer Engagement
VA is delighted to announce the appointment of Karen Bath to the senior leadership team as Head of Customer Engagement from 11 September 2019.
Formerly head of customer experience for CTC Aviation (and then L3 Harris) for the past 20 years, Karen is extremely well known to many airline pilot cadet graduates and airline training managers around the world.
Karen has an exceptional reputation for always taking a highly customer-focused approach; balancing the needs of both airline and individual pilot customers, their sponsors and families. Karen will lead all matters ‘customer’ at VA, including our Airline Training Advice team, marketing, customer experience, airline relationships and all aspects of achieving exceptional customer engagement at VA.
Anthony Petteford, Managing Director of VA Airline Training, invited Karen to join his senior management team and is excited about what the future holds:
